King Edward's Bay, Tynemouth

£15.00
sold out

This was a chilly North-east England February day - my dad and niece were here for a visit. Here are the girls running in and out of the surf. A few minutes later we jumped into the sea. We had potato wedges with garlic mayo from the Fish Shack and took lots of pictures of the seaweed on the rocks. Every day at the seaside is the best day.

Mixed media on toned paper: Gouache, graphite, ink, posca pen, oil pastel. Glazed with oil pastel fixative.

There’s some tearing on the edges where the paper lifted off with the masking tape.

A3 size

Painting will be delivered to you in the post. Frame not included.

All proceeds after shipping will go to Mobilizing for Palestine - (bloomcharity.org)

I’ll post the donation receipt in the gallery.
